About Machiel


Machiel is a healing professional and loves to facilitate and realize dreams.

He is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and has extensively studied and explored many healing traditions from around the world since the mid 90s. Machiel is also trained in the indigenous counseling technique of Africa, and is a gifted diviner.

Machiel loves dreams, and to give from to dreams. This expresses itself in him being one of the world wide recognized dream workers, and international speaker on dreams and depth psychological topics. His short CD on dreams became one of the best selling CDs on dreams in the last decade. Machiel gives form to his own daytime and night time dreams by practically realizing these dreams; based on a nighttime dream he founded in 2009 the non-profit organization the Jung Society of Utah and the online educational organization the Jung Platform. Machiel is a social entrepreneur and did win several awards by his local community, such as ‘influential cultural forces, and he was voted as one of the Enlightened Fifty by his community in Salt Lake City for his work to benefit the community.

Machiel has traveled to over 40 countries, lived in 4 continents for a year or more, speaks several languages.
